Can fumes from bathroom sealent damage an iphone 4?
my new iphone was was on my bed, in my bedroom with my bedroom door closed. We had the bath in the bathroom down the hall sealed and the smell from the sealent is really strong. will this have any negative effect on the iphone?

No, it wont damage. But don't tell apple, they're nuts. look up the smoke damage clause in some of their warranties

Yeah your scent-detector app will recognise the smell of bathroom sealent.

The smells and fumes are simply gas atoms that our noses sense. If you think about it, any gas should not have the power to clog or make an electronic device malfunction. Answer? No.
