BAAAHHHAAAA....RUN the other way..are you INSANE?

The price for that breed is around 2K..if not more. Can you picture in your head what kind of crap someone is selling for 1/10th of the normal price???? That's one powerful creature to have in your house .... and you damn well make sure that you get a well bred one...not some BYB crap that some idiot decided to breed/sell...RUN!!!

Source(s): papers dont mean jack...neither do shots. That says absolutely NOTHING about the quality of the dogs being sold. I can breed my mutt and give you papers and shot records.

it's actually too cheap for a well-bred cane corso and trust me, you don't want a poorly bred one.

ADD: what papers? OFA results? Working titles? Temperament tests? Those are the papers to be concerned about. Registration papers mean very little when it comes to health or temperament.

cheap enough to make me wonder about the dogs.

NEVER buy a cane corso from parents that have not had OFA cert, and make sure that they have been proven in a show or working environment, and have proper temperament for the breed.

cheap dogs can cause costly problems later on.

Remember, you get what you pay for. It is probably very poorly bred. You will want to about genetic testing, especially for hips, as they are prone to hip dysplasia. Also with the extra possible aggressiveness of the breed, you want to make sure it has been well socialized from birth.

yes. its very cheap. TOO cheap. id say for a well bred puppy, no less than $700. and THATS considered cheap if you want a decently bred dog.

It's probably a very poorly bred puppy. I wouldn't call this person a 'breeder'.

Ditto. This is probably a back yard breeder. You will most likely have either behavior issues or health problems. ( eyes, heart, skin)
