I doubt baggy shorts will hold your things in place and have a padding. But you could wear any baggy shorts over the regular biking shorts

Most bike shops carry clothing. They usually have loose fitting shorts for mountain biking. If you are self conscious about wearing spandex shorts, you can wear baggy shorts over them

All the bike shops near me in So.. Calif. all carry mtn bike shorts. Try a local shop there, expecially if they are mtn bike shops...
