can you please help me idk whats wrong with me but i dont think ima make it to live that long like ima die young.And im scared i dont know i think somwthing bad is going to happen and its taking over me now im scared and i get moments where i feel i cant breathe

That honestly sounds like a panic attack. Go talk to a doctor or a psychologist or a therapist. Panic attacks can easily be taken care of with medicine and you'll start to feel better. Hope everything works out for you.

I thought I'd die young, too. And I actually had health problems when I was a teenager. I'm 46 now.
Just push the thoughts away, try to be optimistic and be happy!!!

thats actually a disease. see a phycologist and he will give you medicine. that is all.
