Don't you hope that Obama is gracious when he has his press conference in 15 minutes?

I hope this change doesn't start out bad...

If he acknowledges that people voted to reject his policies and legislation I will eat my shorts.

    People are scared

    It's the economy

I didn't explain well enough (for the retarded electorate)

he will see this as anything but people saying NO to Obamacare, cap and trade, card check, stimulus, GM bailouts, Bank bailouts, and 1.3 trillion dollar deficits

He will be gracious. But I guarantee you hat many on here will pick it apart by syllable, take it out of context and bash what ever he says. Right wing radio will even be worse.

All of a sudden, it's about "compromise" and "bipartisanship" with this guy. I don't have to watch the press conference to know what he's going to say. Frankly, I'd rather see him throw a three year-old's tantrum and say "why, why why...?" At least then I'd see a little bit of SPINE out of him.

I will be eager to hear what he has to say. I am sure he will be diplomatic and act with class. He knows that we need to work together, now let’s hope the newly elected politicians know they need to work together too instead of fighting.

He usually IS gracious but, you used the word change when there really is none. It'll be same old, same old......

    He's a politician.

They know that the results amount to "Same old shi4, different flavor".

  • 1 decade ago

the word compromise will come up about four times a minute.

He will be, he'll try to work with the republicans, he has our best interest at heart.
