Should John Boener be the next House Majority Leader, or maybe someone like Michele Bachmann?

Boener will be the next speaker but I would love to see Bachmann in the position.

Aside from her being far more aligned with true conservative beliefs which were voted upon last night she holds a JD degree. But it isn't going to happen. Who would vote against Boener now, after this midterm and his teary eyes last night? Also, I'm not so sure that the country is in an emotional state to accept a woman at this juncture. There is insecurity in the air, although that insecurity may calm down in the next year or so.

That's what I'm thinking. The Tea Party needs to really make a splash by nominating its own Speaker.

How about someone with a less peculiar last name?

I think he is a big time RINO. It would be in the GOP's best interest to put someone else in that position.

Boehner has the guts and the Ballls to stand up to obama...He is a good choice--but compared to ferret face reid and weasel pelosi--anyone looks good to me.

Boehner will be better then that airhead Bachmann but either way they will not get their agenda pushed through
