Help with a moving situation please?
Hello everyone,,
Ok I'll make this short & simple...I've been living in a private house for 2 years now; it's a 3 bedroom I pay $1200 utilities included in the rent...my only issue is that she's cheap with the heat; other than that the apartment is spacious & beautiful. I went to go see a 2 bedroom in a building; they offer good heat; it's $780 + light, gas & hot water (I would pay separately) the apartment is nice except for the kitchen & the bathroom; it's really out-dated but the price is good. Both neighborhoods are quiet & decent...any suggestions on what I should do??
Thank You

Talk to a neighbor at the new place, ask them how much their heat and utilities run them year around. Could be you'll be paying the same, but at least you'll know why she's cheap with the heat at the other place then and can work extra to pay it if you want to turn it up.
