its terrible, please help...?

hi guys,

its abt my friend, she is married 2 a indian guy b4 2 years,

now guy works in usa n in love with a polish girl.

as he got 10 yrs visa , he doesnt want to come back, doesnt send any money to her, she is in india and working now though.

even to sign divorce papers he is not ready to come back.

please tell , is there anyway ,

so that she can get divorce from him without gng there, n faster.

    she should start legal proceeding of divorce.

    She might be able to file for divorce on the grounds of abandonment since he's basically taken off and left her. She would definatly need to seek legal council on this matter though.

    i would say to get a lawyer coz she can make divorce case but he doesnt have to agree for divorce, if she can prove he has some1 then it should be very easy for ur friend to get divorce, if she doesnt have money she can force him to send her money for living, but as i said the best way is to get a lawyer, he will do everything whats possible for ur friend
