When will "conservatives" stop blaming what they call liberals/socialists/marxists and...?

Why bother thinking of fixing things when you can use Cold War-era rhetoric to scare the elderly into voting for you?

No problem, but what ideas have the Liberals had? Ok so here's some ideas from a Conservative. Give tax breaks to companies creating jobs or manufacturing in the United States. Give tax increases to companies that outsource jobs or do not manufacture their products in the United States. Create more regulations in the health care industry but do not create a public option, it will just cost to much. Finish building of fences along both borders of the United States. Put national guard along the border to maintain its security. End the wars. Bring our troops home and start balancing the budget. Cut programs like TARP, end the Federal Reserve. Cut down on cost like Medicare/Medicaid, make sure those programs are going to those who actually need it. Make the government smaller so people can go to their local politicians instead of Washington. Just a few ideas from a Conservative.

We have been presenting you idiots with ideas since Obama's election, and then you people turn around and pretend like we are just playing the blame game. So I'm going to tell you what Conservatives have been saying for the past two years.

If you want economic growth:

1) Abolish business taxes, this will make it easier for businesses to operate and will allow them to hire more employees

2) Ease economic regulations, combine this with #1, and America would become the most business friendly environment on the planet. Business would begin importing jobs to the US to escape the high taxes in their own countries

3) REPEAL OBAMACARE, it will cause insurance prices to go up and cause the quality of insurance to go down. It places unnecessary regulations on small businesses and increases business taxes, both of which are impeding economic growth.

4) Enact the FairTax, or a flat tax. Progressive taxation discourages economic growth.

Your question is based in part on faulty assumptions. First, the country needs new ideas in industry, not in government. Abide by the Constitution and get out of the way of business innovation. New is not always better, think NEW COKE. What were you hoping for? Change from what to what. Will you pay for it?

I agree with this. Can you send this memo to the Democrats? They've had Congress since 2006 and the White House since 2008, yet there wasn't much coming out of them except for "did ya know that Bush is responsible for all this?!"

When liberals stop trying to rewrite the Constitution...restoring it's guiding principles will be and should be at the top of the new congress agenda.
