Does anyone know where it is legal to own farm animals near NYC, the towns closest to NYC where it is legal not in New Jersey. I would also like to know if there is a web site where I can look this up, Like the USDA? Thanks for your help!!!

NO"towns"!!!!
All municipalities prohibit livestock inside city limits!!
USDA has nothing to do w/it=ZONING laws.....for each city/town/village do."City hall",kid-pick up the phone.
