A sample of gas has an initial volume of 7.3 L at a pressure of 1.5 atm. If the pressure is increased to 6,082.5 torr, what will the volume be in units of liters? Assume constant temperature.

With the correct amount of significant figures?

    1.5 x 760 = 1140 torr

    7.3 x 1140 = V x 6082.5

    V = 1.4 L
