What are some good exercises for volleyball?
i want to try out for volley ball in like 3 months at my school so i was just wandering what r some good exercises? like for legs would some squats?? like for stomach and lower back??

I played v-ball in school.If you don't already have a volleyball get one and practice with that. Usually tryouts consist of passing,setting and serving. coaches really pay attention to serving so if you don't have it mastered i would work on that.
practice hitting passes back to yourself and setting. you can do push ups and throw downs to get your arms in shape as well.
just get used to the sport and all of the techniques and you'll ace your tryout. stick with it too v-ball is the greatest sport ever!!

running and stuff and you have to practice hitting the ball back and forth with someone and practice underhand hits and serves. look on google for some other good things to help. hope this helps!

Anything cardio is going to help, running cycling etc.
Best thing you can do - go ask the coach.

hmm... well im on a team now and they r HUGE on ENDURANCE... like running and stuff like that... we run sprints, wall sits, superman, and stuff like that
