Best drugstore retractable eyeliner?
I'm looking for a good retractable eyeliner that lasts awhile and doesn't smudge (in black). I would like it to be a drugstore brand because they're cheaper. Thank you so much!

Try Almay's intense i-color eyeliner in black pearl , Or CG point plus in onyx. they all work amazingly on waterlines and smudge too . They stay put all day an I'd recommend these any day ! Have a fun drugstore eyeliner adventure and good luck ! -Jaimee

frequently Maybelline does the trick for me. i does not purchase any water-resistant. I consistently had a problematic time getting them off. After making use of the eyeliner, i could placed a sprint black (or in spite of colour fits your eyeliner) eyeshadow over the coolest of it to "soak any moisture." That way it won't smudge.

I like Maybelline Unstoppable. I actually like it better than some of the department store brands I've tried.

I have the N.Y.C one and it is really smooth and doesn't smudge at all, and its only like $3!

Walgreens. I used to work there and frequently found my self late for work and buying it and using it works fantastically.
