methods of payment on ebay?
can you use mastercard to pay for auctions on ebay if you do not have a paypal account? or must you have paypal to buy on ebay? my last question got deleted and im not sure why? (serious question because i dont have paypal, just a debit/credit card)
thanks for the info...can you tell me how you pay using a credit or debit card?

You can only pay via mastercard/visa if the seller shows on their listing that they accept that payment method. A lot of the big powersellers do (you need a merchant account to be able to accept mastercard or visa directly so you'll probably find the small time sellers wont be able to accept payment that way)
I agree with the other answer & suggest getting a paypal account, very easy to use & 99% of sellers accept payment that way.

If the seller has a store and a merchant account he can take credit cards. Otherwise you have to use Paypal and attach a credit card, debit card, or checking account to it in order to pay.

Yeah, I have used my debit card before.
But dude, seriously get paypal account. If you ever get scammed on ebay they will take care of you. If you don't have it your often screwed
