I accidentally threw out my Ipod touch. I bought a new one, how do I get all my old stuff onto the new ipod?
So I accidentally threw out my ipod touch. I took a lot of deep breaths, and bought a new ipod touch. I now need to try to retrieve all my data from my old ipod [calender, apps, contacts, grocery iq, iexpense, etc.] and get it onto the new ipod. I am pretty useless when it comes to this stuff. Please help! I know I will plug my ipod into my mac. Then what? Please be as detailed as possible, thank you so much!!!!!!

Go on iTunes and click sync. Make sure all your stuff is checked before you sync.

Well I have a mac and an ipod touch and an ipod classic.. all I would do is sync it with my itunes on my mac, and itunes copies whatever I have checked off onto my ipods NO problem...now when I get my 2nd ipod touch it will be even better cuz then when I sync it with my mac too..all the same stuff apps and all will just get copied onto it via itunes on my mac!
So just Sync..NO 3rd party spam/software needed!!!
