Do people that make over 250,000.00 dollars a year roll their pennies?

If they don't and use plastic then why do the  poor people that have to roll them have to pay tax on the tax for paying twenty per cent on the dollar to get them rolled?

There has to be two terrorists but only one Democracy... right?

The Government issue currency... money... and with it coins ... that add up quickly to a pile... and if not maintained becomes a Mountain... but who is gonna roll all those pennies?
Is there a government anywhere that provides money changers for the poor guys that have to roll all those pennies.. or are they all in it for the money... no pun intended here....   ....

It should be free and paid for with the poor peoples tax dollars.
