I would recommend using Weebly. That allows you to make a free, powerful website. You don't have to download anything.

The thing about the other popular free website builder, Webs.com, is that it has too many ads on the site. If you use Weebly, the only ad they put is a small link back to their site at the bottom of the page. Webs has a link plus a bunch of ads all over the place.

Hi Zzman 13, if u are very serious on doing that, you should:

1. Design ur web using Photoshop

2. Then, get ur microsoft frontpage/ kompozer (if u r beginner n know nothing about html) to make the header, footer, button etc..

3. Upload n test to ur webhosting under ur domainname.com or etc
