how's this trade between portland and phoenix?
so if the suns keep losing, nash might want to play for contender and portland are always looking to upgrade their point guard position to get a good perimeter scorer to take some burden off brandon roy.
steve nash for rudy fernandez and andre miller.
my reasoning is, fernandez will get more playing time in phoenix backing up jason richardson and is still relatively cheap. andre miller has a team option for next season so if the suns are looking to completely rebuild he can be used as an expiring contract.
or even luke babbitt instead of fernandez
dont forget about goran dragic too.

I highly doubt the Suns would take that trade just because he's been their best PG for a long time. But that would be a good trade.

The only way Nash is going is if the Suns are 10 games or more below 500. or he demands it. As for that trade I could not see any reason the Suns would do this. Andre Miller would be nothing more than a expiring contract that they would just waive after the trade because he doesn't fit the system in PHX @ all. I like Babbitt alot and could see him having a good future but the Suns already have great Wings (Jrich,Hill,Dudley,Chidlress).
What the Suns really need is a actual PF. They have been destroyed on the boards this year, including the game with Zach Randolphs 20 rebs. So unless the Blazers are willing to throw LMA or Oden then I can't see that happening.

I hope Nash won't leave Suns. The Suns would be nothing with out him. They should trade Jrich for a great PF. May be they can get Blake Griffin. (Dream on...)
