what haircut should i get now that it's getting really cold (NYC)?

i used to get a number 5 plus a shape up. i want advice on what haircut should i get. my hair is pretty long now it's becoming more of a justin beiber hair. i dont like that.

    shave it off, then get a hat for wearing outside!
