Brightness of the laptop screen?
My sister has Acer Travel Mate 4200 and she is complaining that her screen is too dark (compared to mine Dell N7010)
So I wonder if there is any possible way to increase the brightness of the screen

Please Press the little blue "Fn" button next to the left "Ctrl" button. Then whilst still holding down the blue "Fn" button, tap the left and right arrow keys accordingly to increase/decrease the brightness.
This "Fn" button is how you use all of the other blue icons which are secondary functions of other buttons (i.e. to turn the number pad on you need to press "Fn" and F11 and repeat the process to turn it off.

i have a mac and used pc.ussualy if it is new you should see it on the keyboard. on the pc i used it was on the top right corner where the F buttons are. sometimes you have to press the fn button(located on the bottom left corner of the keyboard) ussualy thats how you do it. i have worked with new laptops so it may vary

(using windows 7)go to the control panel, then system and security, then power options. There should be a brightness slider at the bottom of the window.
