Does QI use any source of information other than Wikipedia?

When watching Mr Fry on QI, I often think, "ooh that's intetersing" and promptly look it up on the web only to find an article on Wikipedia that's identical to the fact that's just been quoted. So the question is really does QI get it's facts from Wikipedia or is it in fact vice versa?

Q.I. was devised by John Lloyd, legendary producer of Not the Nine O'Clock News, Blackadder and Spitting Image. He has a whole research team behind him and they go to great lengths and many different sources to glean their facts.

So my answer would be, that Wikipedia is not the font of the wisdom in the show Q.I.

    More likely, vice versa.
