My friend just had a baby at just 26 weeks. She lives a few states away & I wanted to send her a gift.?

I am trying to find a gift to send her, but have no idea of the right thing. Something for her? Something for the baby? I need some ideas!

Yikes poor Mom. She is probably still in the NICU with the baby! I would get something for mom and a little little something for baby. Perhaps a blanket for the baby or a little toy sending her the message that the baby will be okay and will be eventually able to enjoy the gift. Get mom a gift certificate for a massage.

I would send something for her. There is a very good chance the baby will live, but the baby will be in the hospital for a long time and not able to use much stuff outside of the NICU, so I would go with something for the mama.

I'd get a good baby monitor for her. Once the baby is home, she'll want to keep an eye on him/her. This is a great one: http://www.spytown.com/obsyskit.html It has a camera and monitor, so she can actually see what's going on in the baby's room.

    I hope this helps!

a nice photo frame. like something special. not just a plain frame.

A gift voucher for meals for her and her SO.

a pamper back. new hair brush, shampoo's, foot treatments, facial masks. she will need to to feel refreshed after the stresses of a premmie newborn

A gift certificate for house cleaning or a delivery restaurant would be welcome I'm sure. She will be spending a lot of time at the hospital.
