Question about search engines?
Every time I use any search engine,ex yahoo, google. When I get the site that I want, I then click into the site and my computer redirects me to some cheesy site. I have windows 7. This only happens when I use a search engine. It was suggested to change my toolbar and now I have Yahoo. I have microsoft essential security on my computer. I tried to increase my Internet security on my computer but then I couldn't get some normal sites. I have a brand new emachine and don't know what to do. Any suggestions would help. My homepage is Yahoo.

I'm not sure what site you're getting redirected to, but this may be some sort of malware. Try running a virus scan. Perhaps you have a toolbar or some other software that's interfering with your browser. Without more information it's hard to be specific.

Try running a virus scan. And if many times your antivirus won't detect it, so you should try using Malwarebytes and SUPERantispyware. The download links are below.
Also you can see if Malware is directly interfering with your computer via the internet by going to Control Panel-->Network and Internet-->Internet Options-->Connections (it's a tab)-->LAN Settings. When the box for LAN settings pops up, look at the place where it says "Proxy Server." If the box there is checked, uncheck it.
Hope this helps.
