I need a recipe for shrimp and coconut oil...But NOT coconut shrimp?

I dont like the taste of coconuts but I want to cook with coconut oil. What can I make with this? Preferably spicy...

    Kerala Shrimp In Spicy Masala

    20 shrimp/prawns, cleaned and deveined (tails intact)

    2 teaspoons salt

    1/2 cup coconut oil, more as needed

    1 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

    4 green chilies, chopped

    1 piece (1-inch size) ginger, chopped small

    6 cloves garlic, chopped small

    4 onions, sliced

    2 teaspoons curry leaves

    1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

    1/4 teaspoon turmeric

    ***Garnish***

    chopped coriander leaves

    Directions:

    Make slits with fork on prawns and rub salt on them. Leave 1 hour.

    Heat coconut oil and saute prawns until tender. Drain. Set aside.

    In same oil saute mustard seeds, green chilies, ginger, garlic, onions, and curry leaves about 3-4 minutes. Add prawns, chili powder, and turmeric. Mix contents thoroughly and cook 2 minutes.

    Remove from fire and toss in the coriander leaves. Serve hot.

    Use your favorite shrimp recipe, but replace "oil" with "coconut oil".
