First, know that the interviewer will expect you to be nervous. Everyone is nervous at a job interview, even those of us who have been through many of them.
They'll likely ask general questions to learn about your personality. They're interested in knowing how you work as part of a team, and how you work independently. They want to know how you might handle different situations. They'll also ask you questions to find out what kind of skills you have that are relevant to the job you're applying for. Ask questions if you aren't sure, and when you're not sure of an answer, tell them you'd like to think it over. It's not the end of the world :)
When I interviewed people, I liked to ask questions that were a bit strange, to learn about people's problem-solving abilities. My favorite was, 'Why is a manhole cover round?' The best answer I ever got to that one was so that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles could fit through them. That guy got the job because I needed someone who could think 'outside the box'
Take deep breaths and remember that they know you are nervous - it's normal. Try to speak slowly and clearly, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
Wear something that you'd wear to visit someone important. A suit is best. You can find one at a thrift shop if you're unable to afford something brand new.
Good luck!

"tell me a time when..... (worked well with others, has a problem with someone, made a solution to a problem)
what are your strengths and weaknesses?
why do you want to work here?
do you have any volunteer experience?
how would others describe you?
