What are those Ice Balls called that keep drinks cold?
They are a substitute for Ice Cubes ( from an Ice Tray).
Actually I have three Questions.
1. What are they called or what is a brand that has them?
2. Do you fill them with Water or are they sealed with a fluid?
3. How do you clean them? I would suspect the Dish Washer may be bad.

Depends on where you are!
They are plastic or polyethylene coated - they can be washed, but preferrably by hand!
