weezing moveset (pokemon soul silver)?

Ok, I gonna use Weezing as a Physical Wall (UU) and I'm thinking about going for something like this:

252 HP/252Def/4SpA

Bold, Leftovers

Will-o-Wisp

Flamethrower

Pain Split (for recovery)

One other move

So I was wondering what the fourth move should be? Also, should I invest some Evs into SpDef, or leave it as it is? Thanks

Update:

Well, I prefer Burn over Poison (to reduce the foe's attack), hence Will-o-Wisp. Plus Sludge Bomb (although gives me STAB), offers worse coverage than Flamethrower

    you should teach sludge bomb or another attack that poisons
