Young Guys Dying Their Hair to Cover Gray?

I've gotten opinions on both side, on the one hand dying it brown again makes me look less "tired"; but on the other, dying is troublesome and doesn't look really natural either.

If you're in your early thirties and fit, but are also a grad student in classes with twenty-somethings...what side do you fall on.

To color, or not to color?

There is no reason it should not look natural if you are dying it to your natural hair color. Men's coloring tends to work so fast that the result is often much darker than the advertised color. Try a women's hair coloring like revlon color silk, which tends to cost a lot less than heavily advertised brands but is a product that has been marketed a long time and works well. Use a shade somewhat lighter than your natural color and then experiment with leaving it on a little less or more time than recommended. You will find the right combination of color and time to achieve a natural result. Only mix up as much color and developer as needed. Measure out teaspoons of color and creme developer into a separate receptacle to mix it such as an empty yogurt container. It is also possible to mix parts of different colors to achieve the exact shade. Like three teaspoons of Light Golden Brown and one teaspoon of Medium Brown along with four teaspoons of developer. This would be mixed up and then applied with a gloved hand. No need to use the squeeze bottle with guy's short styles and for a typical guy's short to medium length haircut, one box should last for several colorings. As already stated above, start lighter and the experiment with leaving it on a few more minutes if a darker shade is desired. If this does not yield a satisfactory result, buy a slightly darker shade and add a little to the lighter mix as described above at subsequent colorings. It tends to look unnatural when a guy colors his hair darker than the natural shade. When the gray hairs are dyed somewhat lighter it usually does not look unnatural.

    Good Luck!

i for my section do in comparison to whilst men dye their hair peculiar hues. i like men organic hair colour, yet whilst they are going gray they are able to touch up. i do no longer care approximately that. as long because it truly is close to to their organic colour

I would die it. You are young enough to pull it off. I would do it gradually so its not obvious, if you have a lot of grey hair.
