No connection are available?

I've just upgraded my asus laptop from window 7 home premium to window 7 ultimate x64 and after i finish upgrading, i wanted to install the latest update but my my network thingy is showing no connections are available even though there's wireless connection. Help me!

how do i do that? sry i'm a noob

I'm using wireless. before i upgraded to ultimate, my laptop could find all the network but now it can't find any network to connect to

    Isn't that cute you want me to help, Guess what you could do is Reset your Wireless Router or Cable Modem for 10 seconds, Then plug in back into your connection, if that doesn't work call your ISP. They Will Help you much better then I ever could...

    Call Them to set up your Wireless connection

    maybe you've forgot to connect your laptop for the internet connection.

    make sure you have the most recent wifi-card driver installed.
