Can a NJ Motor Vehicle Clerk follow the DMV record of an out of state resident?

Aren't there privacy or disclosure matters these employees must adhere to when performing their job?

I'm sure I'm the most qualified person to respond. I've worked for the MVC (formerly DMV) since 2003 and I know for certain no employee nor supervisor is capable of following the DMV record of another person, whether they live in NJ or out of state. In fact, I'm not even a supervisor, so I don't have access to my "very own pc" at work. That should take the sting out of that one. The only thing I can say is that while I was having dinner at a local restaurant in 2009 with a former friend (let me emphasize "former") He recited his former NJ DL#. He bragged he had green eyes, but by looking at the last number in his NJ DDL# it was a 2, which meant and I can quote myself "Joe, you are in our system with brown eyes"

Source(s): Logging onto the Agency system every morning, I click on the "Disclosure Notice" I would never put my job or career on the line for anyone - especially that slug. Have a nice day, JC -I'm also going to post this on Facebook so everyone else can see what a loser he turned out to be.
