I use echofon as my twitter client. It has lots of cool features like nearby tweets and tweet with a location. It can also upload pictures to plixi.org so you can share them with friends which I believe is the feature you're looking for. You can download echofon free of charge from the appstore.

You can make use of Free Image Uploader tool. This is where you can upload image from PC and share it on Twitter directly.
