I need a free program to take snapshots of my webcam on Windows 7.?

I have a webcam and I need to take snapshots of an engineering project I'm working on. I need a free program to take the snapshot, and I'm on windows 7 64bit. Any recommendations? I would think that this would be a basic feature of any webcam application, but all I'm finding are apps to take shots every X seconds and save them or upload them somewhere. I don't need that, I just need a button to hit and take a snapshot. No software came with my cam, but the cam does work in windows.

Maybe I'm just lazy, but I always use Chat Rounds for this type of thing. It's a Facebook app (http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/ ) and it takes snapshots. It's super easy and you don't have to download anything. Seems to be compatible with all systems.

I use Debut on my HP laptop with Windows 7. It takes webcam pics and videos and saves them to your hard drive. I got the free download link from this blog post:

If you just want something quick and easy try this:

Nothing to install, the entire thing is online. If you want something you can use offline, this is a lightweight application you can save to your computer:
