why does my brain hurt?

this happens at nights when i do hwk.. when i put extra effort to understand a material, i start to feel a pinch in my frontal area. I just had a cup of light coffee bcuz im not a coffee person, to stay awake. came back to studying, now the pain moved to the right peripheral... it feels like a "pulse" - not a constant pain but "blinks"- on-off-on-off.

Frnd this is all based on your thought. Its not the problem of your brain. Sometime i too have this when i read my syllabus books. Whenever you feels like that you just go out and do something whatever you like or talk with your close friends or listen music you like or just close your eyes and relax for 10 minutes surely you get a relief. And eat more vegetables and fruits which is good for your brain. This method works for me.
