Is White rock at Subic bay Phillipines worth the stay?

It is the best resort hotel in Subic outside of SBMA. On weekends, he place is open to excursionists, and you might find yourself in the middle of this multitude.

The best Subic hotels are inside SBMA. Lighthouse and Segara Villas are tops.

Anvaya Cove, outside of Subic, going to Morong, is A-1, but is for-members-only. Or you can check in if you are endorsed by a member ( I should know, I am a member).

When I was there a long time ago, I'd say it was okay.

Now, over a decade ago, we again went to Subic, but we went to another hotel, I don't remember the name now and that was okay too, it was close to that area where you can see and feed the monkeys.

Last year I went back to the Philippines but just past by Subic and went to a beach resort in Zambales.

There's just so many choices there now.

White Rock is OK – but very pricy for what you get. If looking for that style accommodation, suggest the Orchid on Baloy beach. And may be worth a look along the host of other resorts and hotels along the beach (see Subic article at www.angelesxtra.com)

2 pools, a black beach and a sludgy green field in between isn't worth it. But they have comfy beds.
