Hi,
Your laptop has excellent creditability in efficiency to deliver the Game, for the system in general and Graphics Card Support in particular. Go ahead for it.

If you are talking about Turbine's Lord of the Rings Online (the MMO, which is not browser based), the answer is no. Though there are minimum requirements, those are obsolete, you need to look at the RECOMMENDED requirements to be able to run the game properly. Off the bat, your system does not match the microprocessor's minimum requirement of 1.8 Ghz. You have enough hard drive space and RAM memory, but the video card would not run the game either.
LOTRO is substantially more graphic/resource intensive than WoW is, partially because WoW is quite an older game.
These are the system requirements for LOTRO:
Minimum System Requirements
O.S.: Windows® XP
Processor: Intel Pentium® 4 1.8 GHz or equivalent
RAM: 512MB
Video: 64MB NVIDIA GeForce® 3 or ATI® Radeon® 8500
Disk Space: 7GB available
DirectX: DirectX® 9.0c
Optical Drive: 2X DVD ROM
Connection: 56kbps Modem
Recommended System Requirements
O.S.: Windows® XP/Vista
Processor: Intel Pentium® 4 2.8 GHz or equivalent
RAM: 1GB
Video: 128MB NVIDIA GeForce® 6800 or ATI® Radeon® X850
Disk Space: 10GB available
DirectX: DirectX® 9.0c
Optical Drive: 2X DVD ROM
Connection: Broadband DSL/Cable
Source(s): I have been playing LOTRO since closed beta in 2006. - 1 decade ago
Yeah bud. You will definitely be able to play it. As far as graphics settings go, you may have to turn them down a bit to reduce system lag. But as far as being able to play the game at all, the answer is yes.

You have 358mb of shared video memory so you should be ok.
The Celeron processor is worrisome, though.
