I have a tablet pc from China... It has Android 1.5 or 1.6 on it...Can I put another OS on it or upgrade it?
If I can where and how do I upgrade it to the newer android OS or linux type system??? Please please help thank you.

No idea, probably not.
You see, it's so niche nobody will be making any ROMs for it to update it to something else.

Sadly you can't. I had the same question and tried it, but because it was a very limited time that the tablet was made, no one made any new roms for it, and the manufacturer moved to their 10.1" model, which I finally upgraded to. I ended up selling my 7" for $150.00 with Android 1.6 to someone that didn't need the newest 2.1 or 2.2... I would suggest trying the same.
The one I have now is the aPad and it works great
