Moltres or Mismagius? (Pokemon Soul Silver)?
As a UU Special Sweeper:
Moltres with HP Grass, Fire Blast, Air Slash and Roost/Sub (252 in speed and Spa, 4 dumped in HP)
or:
Mismagius with Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Sub, Nasty Plot (same as above)
Stealth Rock weakness isn't a big factor for me, so what do you think?

I would say Mismagius because it has less weaknesses. Plus if Stealthrock is up Moltres will lose half of his Hp.
You should give Mismagius a Timid nature(+speed, -attack)

Ghost types are always a nasty job. Moltres has pretty darn good stats, though it's legendary and legends skews the team's stats.
I would choose your pokemon according to your team. I always have Moltres as huge sweeper and Mismagius does well with my pure ghost and dark team.
