What will the Mayweather vs Pacquiao odds be in the betting houses?

I'm actually a part-time bookie and when they were debating to have the fight the odds were actually in favor of Floyd.

In the fraction-type odds (they were):

Floyd 2/5

Manny 2/1

I forgot what the draw's odds were though.

If you don't know, if you place $100 on Floyd, and he wins, you win 100/5*2 (plus you $100 back).

If you bet won Manny and he wins, you get 100/1*2.

You get more money with Manny and therefore he is (was) the underdog.

If they fought now though, Pacquiao would be the favorite because of all the hype surrounding him. Also, the bookies know who the public want to bet on and would make Manny seem favorable so they can get more money.

The last time I checked a $100 bet on Manny will pay $150 while a $100 bet on Floyd will fetch $120, so, I suppose that indicates that PBF has a slight edge. But, the big question is whether the fight will happen. Arum says he's trying his best to make it happen in 2011 and Manny for his part said that he will fight whoever his promoter wants him to fight. So, if that's true, the ball is now in Mayweather's court.

Casino's are going with the true favorite, not from the Heart or whom they don't like. Mayweather is a hell of a fighter, and the Casino's are our to make cash. Pacquiao is a tremendous fighter, believe that, but I think he will be overmatched.

Mayweather 3-1 he is to technical for Pacquiao.

If and believe me that is a big "IF" they fight Floyd will be a slight favorite.
