pdf resolution problems?
Hi I have a fairly big pdf its about 100mb. There seems to be some problems with it. when I open it and scroll to a particular page, I see it in it high definition, but a fraction of a second later it reverts to a lower resolution and looks like crap. even when I print it it still looks like crap. What could be the problem here. might the pdf file been incorrectly created? Im not sure

"might the pdf file been incorrectly created?" That makes the most sense.
Or, it may have been corrupted when it was posted on an alternate web site.
Try to read through the 'ugly PDF' to find 'originating web site' to download the author's original file. It may, or may not, be of higher quality.
