Has anyone tried to redeem the lifetime warranty from TopMicroUSA?
I ordered an Acer laptop charger from the website TopMicroUSA or Topmic.com. The charger is no longer working and I need to get a replacement. When I ordered it, I also paid for a lifetime warranty. Has anyone ever tried to redeem this and if so how do I go about it? There seems to be no information on their website about redeeming the warranty and also there is no number to call to speak with someone. I even tried emailing them three times to ask about it, but no one has returned my emails. If anyone could help that would be awesome. Thanks!!!
Also, I didn't pay separately for the lifetime warranty. It came with my purchase. Just thought I would add that in.

Well, unfortunately some emails get lost. The internet can be a bit crazy at times. You should try to email them again through their customer service email if they have one. Try searching on the site since most of the time sites will include a contact us email or customer service email.

Mostly, lifetime warranty is for service or malfunction, it is hardly for parts. You got riped off. A piece of advice. Don't ever pay for extended warranty, let alone life time warranty. It never worth the money. About this case, look for their contact us page and send them a letter instead. You can also try BBB online and see you can find them. Good luck.
