Marinades for beef, pork, and chicken?
I want to make my own marinades for beef, pork and chicken. I just don't know what to use lol. Give me your best recipe. I don't like using those in packets and bottles in the store, too many preservatives and salt. Thanks in advance.

my family's universal super marinade:
3/4 cup vegitable oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion (about 1 small one)
3 tablespoons worchester sauce
3 cloves garlic
3 tablspoons fresh parsley (or 1 dry)
pepper to taste
===============================
blend this into a paste and marinade your meat of choice between a few hours to overnight, the loner the better
we use this on pork chops, steaks, chicken, ribs, and many other things... just love it

2 tablespoon honey, salt, pepper, chilli powder, chilli flake/crushed chillies, soya sauce, a pinch of sugar, chopped onion, maybe 1 green chilli if you want. 1/2 tablespoon of ginger and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic.
Mix into a bowl, then add the chicken, pork, or ribs or anyother meat,
leave for an hour or two , overnight is better,
then cook and enjoy
sweet and spicy
Really yummy..............
