Land creates mana, you dont put a swamp and plain into play form your hand or deck, you just add a plain and swamp mana...

Land and Mana are not the same thing.
You tap (most) lands to add mana to your mana pool (which isn't represented physically anywhere on the table; you and the other players just have to keep track of it in your heads). It is from this mana pool that you get the mana to cast spells and activate abilities.
Mana empties from your mana pool at the end of each step.

neither my man when you tap a land for any type of manna it gets added to what is called the manna pool
and you spend the mana as you want if its required to put a land into play from you hand or you llibrary the card will say so

Neither. It is produced by tapping the land for that ability. Think of it as creating tokens that represent lands.
