If you must have them while driving, you should have a designated dipper in the passenger seat feeding them to you.
A family member once had a horrendous accident with a delivery van while trying to put salsa on a burrito. The craziest thing I ever ate in the car was a bag of Cheetos and a cup of coffee. But my husband was my copilot so I could keep my eyes on the road.
