Find the slope of the line containing the pair of points (-8,-15) and (-18,-17)?

    The equation to finds the slope of a line from two points is (y2-y1)/ (x2-x1). For this problem that means (-17- (-15))/ (-18-(-8)). I hope that helps. Just plug the numbers into a calculator and you are good to go.
