What I do know about the Muslim faith and some of our more fundamentalist evangelicals here at home as well is that the women are not allowed to be touched by anyone other than their husbands or the doctor. If you check out her website on the whitehouse.gov page, you are going to be both relieved and pleasantly surprized by all of the steps she has implemented to ensure this nation's safety. Incompetent? Not even close!

It was later in the article that CAIR (some Islamic group that supports terrorists) was suggesting that women could offer to pat themselves. Some right wing bloggers got confused (surprise) and attributed those statements to Napolitano.
