PC Parts Compatibility Check?

Hoping someone could check the compatibility of this PC for me. Key things are: Will all the parts fit into the case? Are there enough PCI slots etc? I am a newbie to all of this.

NOTE: I am not actually putting the PC together, but it is my responsibility to check compatibility before the third party builds it.

CASE – Antec Three Hundred Tower Gaming Case

CPU – Intel Core i7 950, 3.06GHz

CPU FAN – Noctua NH-U12P SE2 All-In-One Performance CPU Cooler (will this be the same size as the stock fan)

MOTHERBOARD – Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R

RAM – Mushkin 6GB (3x 2GB) Triple Channel Mmeory Kit – PC3 12800 (1600Mhz) DDR3 – 240-pin DIMM – Non-ECC – Unbuffered – CL 6-8-6-24 (998958)

GPU – Gigabyte GeForce GTX580 Video Card

HDD – Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB Desktop Hard Drive

OPTICAL DRIVE – Samsung SH-B083L/RSBP 8X BD-ROM / DVD-W Combo SATA Internal Optical Drive

SOUND CARD – Creative Labs X-Fi Xtreme Titanium

PSU – Antec 850W TruePower Quattro ATX & EPS 12V Power Supply, Modular Cables, Four 12V Rails, 80Plus Certified, 2x 8pin PCI-E, 2x 6pin PCI-E (TPQ-850)

OS – Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit

Update:

oops ellisbodds, I actually did change it to an F3 but I forgot to put that here. So it's an F3 instead of the WD Black.

Will the power supply fit ok? It is 7.1" I think in width and the case is 8.1"

Superb system there, all compatible with each other.

The only thing I would change is the hard drive. I'd go for a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB instead as they are about the same speed but quieter and run cooler.

    Expansion Slots

    PCI Express 2.0 x16

    2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x16 (PCIEX16_1/PCIEX16_2) (Note 1)

    2 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x8 (PCIEX8_1/PCIEX8_2) (Note 2)

(Note 1) For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16_1 slot; if you are installing two PCI Express graphics cards, it is recommended that you install them in the PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_2 slots.

(Note 2) The PCIEX8_1 and PCIEX8_2 slots share bandwidth with the PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_2 slots espectively. When PCIEX8_1 is populated with an expansion card, the PCIEX16_1 slot will operate at up to x8 mode; when PCIEX8_2 is populated with an expansion card, the PC IEX16_2 slot will operate at up to x8 mode.
