Google links going to random pages unrelated to the link when searching?

does this mean i have a virus? and how do i fix this? if someone can help it would be great, i can't look up any page found on google because it takes me to a different page. and there are pop-ups.

    It sounds like your browser has been hijacked. Here's a few quick fixes..

    Go to Start..Control Panel...Internet Options.....Advanced Tab...and Reset your browser....Then go to the Programs Tab and select Manage Add-ons....disable anything you don't recognize. Reboot your browser and try again.

    I would also like to suggest you scan for viruses, malware and spyware.
