Google Advance Search not Working?

I want Google to show 100 results per page, but it doesn't working. I have been trying for a long time to search in "advance search" option. Can anyone help?

    Goto google homepage(google.com)

    On the top right corner click Settings>Search Settings

    Go down the page and select Display 100 results per page.

    Click "Save Preferences"

    just change the Google Advance Search preferences in the same page where by itself you can start searching
