What star or planet is it that can is the brightest and largest that I see in the early mornings looking East.?

From the mid-Atlantic states of the USA. It is about 1 1/2 hand widths off the horizon.

    early morning in the east, currently, is dominated by the planet venus.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "early mornings." If you mean around 1 a.m., that's the star Sirius. If you mean around 6 a.m., that's the planet Venus. The Earth rotates nearly a quarter turn in that time span.

    Probably if you notice it just like a brightest star, it is actually the planet Venus.
