I'm using Weezing as a physical wall. Plus as I mentioned at the top its UU, so Gengar and co are banned.
Thanks for the advice. I've got Fake Out on Hariyama as it will allow me to sit out the first turn, letting Flame Orb taking its affect, greatly increasing my attack thanks to Guts. I have Assurance on Donphan, to work in conjunction with Stealth Rock, meaning I'll have a 100BP Dark attack

Nice team, its almost the same as my UU one.
I don't really have much suggestions, its good as it already is.
The only thing I would suggest is change Hariyama's EV spread to 252HP/212 Atk/44 Defense. This is because I found that my Hariyama, with Flame Orb dies too quickly. 212 Atk Evs will KO most pokes anyway without dying itself. Don't bother with speed Evs.
PS: Don't trust all of Smogon's sets.

weezing is your best choice but you better make him learn something who can beat a psychic type(a dar or a ghost move) then he won't have any weakness.
replace harryama's fake out with something better and maby payback too
donphan assurance should be replaced
after you make those thing you will have one of the best teams ever

That is an awesome pokemon team and you should raise it without ledgendaries becuase that sometimes ruins the fun and that was just a tip.

replace the weezing w/ a gengar or strong dragon, such as dragonite, salamence, etc.

ice shard might work on donphan
on houndoom, you might want flamethower instead of fire blast for accuracy.
